Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Simpli Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No copying, scraping, or extraction

By agreeing to these Terms, you may NOT copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any part of the Service — including its design, layout, source code, prompts, templates, model lists, pricing logic, or content — whether by hand, bot, script, headless browser, browser extension, or any other automated or manual means.

You may NOT use automated access to the Service, and you may NOT bypass, probe, or interfere with its security, rate limits, or access controls.

The ONLY exception is your own content: the outputs you generate with the Service and the files you upload. Those you may keep, download, and use for your own purposes.

Doing any of the prohibited things above is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

3. Authorization

Only the site owner, or a user who holds an admin role in the system, may authorize an exception to Section 2. No one else can grant such permission.

Claiming that the site, its code, or its content belongs to you gives you no rights under these Terms unless you actually hold an admin role in the system. A visitor or ordinary account holder has no such rights, whatever they assert.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy at /privacy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, the version changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.
