Simpli Studio is a DBA ("doing business as") name for the Service at simplistudio.ai ("we", "us", "controller"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our site, create an account, or use the Service.

Account information: name or display name, email address, password or sign-in provider identifiers (for example Google / Stytch), and profile settings such as plan tier and billing mode.
Billing and payments: handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status, plan, and limited payment metadata. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Wallet activity: top-ups, generation charges, and related ledger entries when you use Studio Wallet billing. Wallet balance does not expire; refunds follow our published refund / wallet policies (subscription refunds and wallet top-ups are handled separately).
Content you provide: scripts, prompts, uploads, product details, brand assets, Shop product data, and outputs you generate or save in the Service. Shop is a digital product research / creation feature inside the Service; we do not collect shipping addresses for physical goods through Shop.
Connected services: if you connect your own API keys (for example fal or ElevenLabs BYOK), social accounts for Poster (including via Bundle.social), MCP connections, or other integrations, we store the tokens or keys needed to run those features on your behalf. You can disconnect integrations in the product; when you do, we stop using those keys/tokens and delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them (subject to routine logs and backups).
Usage and device data: pages and features you use, approximate timestamps, IP address, browser type, and basic diagnostics or error logs needed to keep the Service reliable and secure.
Support: messages and attachments you send through Help Desk / support tickets, contact forms, or email.
Affiliates and referrals: referral codes or affiliate identifiers (including via Tolt) when you arrive through a partner link, so we can credit the right partner.
We use this information to provide and improve the Service (including Studio generations, Shop, and Poster), process subscriptions and wallet charges, deliver generations and posting features, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, send transactional email (receipts, security, product notices), honor affiliate attribution, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train our own machine-learning models. When you generate images, video, voice, or related outputs, content you submit may be sent to third-party model providers we use to run the feature (or to providers behind your own API keys, when you choose BYOK). Those providers process that content under their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for content you submit and for outputs you publish; AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. Payment processing uses Stripe. Auth may use Stytch. Affiliate tracking may use Tolt. Social posting may use Bundle.social. Email, hosting, analytics, and similar vendors may process data as needed to operate the Service. We require processors to use data only to provide their service to us.
We share information with service providers who help us operate Simpli Studio, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or with your direction (for example posting to a social account you connected). We may transfer limited data in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale, subject to this Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, and measuring how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser; some features may not work without essential cookies.
We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may delete content you control inside the product. If you ask us to close your account, we delete or de-identify personal data when we no longer need it, except where we must retain it by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information (including credentials and connected API keys/tokens). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and BYOK keys secure.
You can update account details in the product, manage and disconnect connected keys and social accounts, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law allows. You can opt out of non-essential marketing email using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional messages about your account and billing will still be sent.
The Service is for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact help@simplistudio.ai.
We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the version date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email.
